Here are some tip's from Finland. Do lot of squats (long sets) and deadlift for strenght. That is usually the main "problem" for "skinny" guys. Learn a good technique where you use mostly your legs. Start doing pretty long sets of jerk and snatch + LC with light KB. So light that you can do some +30 reps with it at the beginning. It is very hard to tell how to train even if you tell that you are a "skinny" guy. There are many strong and not so strong skinny guys. Put some info about your condition and maybe some KB results and that would make "helping" lot easier.
